• How does the odor-proof lining actually work?
  Our bags use an advanced active carbon lining that absorbs and neutralizes odors from the inside out. The carbon layer traps scent molecules before they can escape, keeping whatever you carry completely contained and undetectable.
• Are your bags water-resistant?
  Yes. Every NoBodySmells bag features a polyester/nylon outer shell that repels water and moisture. Your belongings stay dry in rainy conditions, making these bags reliable for both daily use and travel.
• How does the 3-digit combination lock work?
  The lock comes with a default code that you can reset to any 3-digit combination of your choice. It secures the zipper in place, giving you an extra layer of protection and peace of mind wherever you go.
• How long does shipping take?
  Orders placed before 4:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium typically takes 2 to 3 business days via PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
• Can I return my order?
  Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Simply contact us by email and we will guide you through the process.
